    COVID 19: DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC SITUATION

    WE CURRENTLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES (48 states)

    We do not ship top Canada, Hawai or Alaska.

    Delivery will be made to the front door of your house/building.

    Please note that shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.

    Rugs from 8.2 x 10 and larger will ship via UPS Freight. UPS will call ahead of time to schedule delivery. UPS may require assistance removing the rug from the truck and may not bring to the front door.

    When to Expect a Shipment

    In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 72 hours by UPS.

    Depending on where you live in the U.S., shipping time can take anywhere from 3 to 15 business days.

    Please note that we do not fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

    For White Glove Delivery please contact us at 786-672-8471. This service depends on your geographic location and will be charged accordingly

    RETURNS

    We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 15 days of receipt of product for a full refund or exchange. Products must be received in their original, unused condition and packaging.

    Shipping charges are not refundable.

    Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

    Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
    If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact Customer Service at 786-672-8471 and we will arrange a return and replacement at our expense.

    Outlet clearance items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

    REFUNDS

    Once the item has been returned to us and carefully inspected by our team, we will be able to make a refund. For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.

    CANCELLATIONS

    If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us before 24 hs of the purchase and our team will check if this is possible. E-mail: hello@rugit-us.com

    Cancellations may have a fee and this will be informed along with our resolution.
