    • Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight and use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to help maintaining a better shape.
    • Do not place your rug in humid or wet areas, or recently-treated floors (hydro-lacquered, laminated, smoothed cement, etc.)
    • Daily cleaning can be done with a vacuum cleaner without the brush attachment.
    • Do not clean with water,  liquid cleaners or stain removers.
    • Solid stains: You can scrape them off with a dull knife. Then, you can use a hard bristle brush, and finally vacuum any remains.
    • Liquid stains: Absorb immediately with a dry cloth or paper tissue. Avoid rubbing the liquid on the rug.
    • Do not pull any loose thread, just cut it carefully with a scissor.
    • The use of a rug pad will prevent the rug from slipping, keep the rug smooth and flat, and prevent color transfering.
    • Professional cleaning recommended.
    • Flammable.


    We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.

    Delivery will be made to the front door of your house/building.

    Please note that shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.

    Rugs from 8.2 x 10 and larger will ship via UPS Freight. UPS will call ahead of time to schedule delivery. UPS may require assistance removing the rug from the truck and may not bring it to the front door.


    When to Expect a Shipment

    In-stock items normally leave our warehouse by UPS within 72 hours of your payment confirmation.

    Depending on where you live in the U.S., your shipping may take from 3 to 15 business days.

    Please note that we do not deliver orders to UPS on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

    We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will be glad to exchange your rug or refund the merchandise price within 15 days of receipt of the product. Products must be received in their original, unused condition and packaging.

    Shipping charges are not refundable.

    Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping, and handling. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

    Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

    If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact Customer Service at 786-672-8471 and we will arrange a return and replacement at our expense.

    Outlet clearance items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.



    Once the item has been returned to us and carefully inspected by our team, we will be able to make a refund. For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
